(14,081 ft, 4,292 m) Challenger Point Summit

The climb to Challenger Point took one hour as we were on the summit at 11:00 AM. We paid our respects to the Challenger Disaster memorial plaque and then descended the way we came. We bypassed Kit Carson's summit and angled toward the saddle between Columbia Point and Kit Carson.
